As an 18 year veteran of the staffing industry, I am committed to offering a different kind of experience to my clients and candidates. I was a Regional Sales Manager for a national staffing firm for several years, where my job was to develop new business. The challenge I faced was not in obtaining new clients, it was in the lack of control over the quality of applicants sent to those clients. Candidates were being sent to companies unqualified, unprepared, misled and quite frankly, unhappy. Eleven years ago, I started Webb Personnel to address this problem and create a different kind of staffing service. I am not satisfied with anything less than "the right person for the right job", and I am committed to that goal with every position we staff.
Webb Personnel believes in being a business partner with our clients. It is critical that we familiarize ourselves with the clients' needs, as well as their working environment. Then, and only then, can we provide the quality of personnel the client deserves.
With the economic difficulties our country has faced, we recognize that as our clients see their businesses growing, staffing needs are sometimes immediate! This is why we offer a variety of options for our clients, depending on their budget, business growth, seasonal industries and uncertainty we have all faced. We offer temporary, temporary to hire and direct hire employees. This way our clients can customize their staffing to fit the needs of their business.
We believe in investing the time, energy and money it takes to recruit the best candidates from a wide variety of resources. Most staffing agencies rely solely on the job boards and Internet to obtain their candidates. At Webb Personnel, those are our last resources. We have found better sources for quality candidates that are consistent and reliable. One of the biggest and best resources we have is our REFERRALS - both from our clients and our associates. Running a business with integrity and high standards creates an endless supply of recommendations and we are proud to have that advantage.
Naturally, the candidates we present to you have been through a very thorough screening process. We provide a very customized and extensive screening process based on the needs of our clients. In addition to the standard screening of skill set testing, we engage in a lengthy personal interview with each applicant, in which we commit to getting to know the person's strengths and goals, so that we can provide the best fit for them as well as our clients.
